Two BBC presenters have embarked on an epic tandem bike ride from Leeds this morning, in order to raise money for Sport Relief.
Look North hosts Harry Gration and Amy Garcia began their 250 mile journey across Yorkshire at 9.30am today, starting outside Leeds Town Hall and finishing in Sheffield on 21 March. They will be following the route of the Tour de Yorkshire which takes place in July.
Gration, 63, and Garcia, 32, will be going up every hill and down every dale that the professionals will race in July. However instead of a high-tech racing bike and team of professionals, the pair will hope to cycle the 250 mile route on nothing more than a traditional tandem in just eight days.
